to find housing
that matches your needs!
The Roc Housing Navigator Program connects with eligible individuals in Monroe County to provide help with the housing process. We can help to find housing that matches your needs!
We help with navigating the entire search process, finding housing, and providing ongoing after-care management for a minimum of six months after you find housing. We can also make referrals to other programs and services for non-housing needs you may have.

To qualify you must
- Be a Monroe County resident
- Meet income requirements (have an Average Median Income under 65%; see Household Size Limit here)
- Hold a Housing Choice/Rental Supplement Voucher, be homeless, or be at risk of homelessness

We believe in Navigating housing, together! That’s why, if you’re eligible, you will meet with a program staff member at least once per month to work towards your housing goals. Your journey begins with a Housing Search Navigator, who will guide you through the housing search process.
Once you secure housing, an Aftercare Manager will support you for the next six months, ensuring your needs are met. Along the way, we’ll connect you with additional programs and services to help you succeed—because we believe in navigating housing, together!
