The Roc Housing Navigator Program is no longer accepting new household enrollments.
As this grant-funded initiative has come to a close, we are proud of the work we were able to do alongside our community and grateful for the opportunity to support more than 250 households since the program launched in April 2025. It was an honor to walk alongside individuals and families as they worked to find and maintain safe, stable housing.

Individuals in need of Emergency Housing go in person to the Monroe County Department of Human Services (DHS). During non-business hours, call the after hours number. DHS also provides Emergency Assistance for Rent, Eviction Prevention, Housing, and Cash Assistance in-person only. Charles Settlement House (CSH) is a neighborhood-based non-profit human services provider, providing an array of services such as basic needs, rental assistant and benefit screenings in the City of Rochester for more than 100 years.
Community Place of Greater Rochester (CPGR) is a neighborhood-based non-profit human services provider, providing an array of services such as basic needs, rental assistant and benefit screenings in the City of Rochester for more than 100 years.
Family Promise of Greater Rochester (FPGROC) assists families at risk of or experiencing homelessness to achieve sustainable independence by providing person-centered, holistic services in collaboration with the greater community. FPGROC will have achieved success when affordable, decent, equitable housing is seen as a human right and every family has a place to call home.
Rochester Alliance of Communities Transforming Society, Inc. (RocACTS) is an interfaith community organization that trains and empowers community members to create systemic change and shape the racial, political, social, and economic decisions that impact their lives throughout the 13-county Finger Lakes region.
Finger Lakes Performing Provider System (FLPPS) is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization established in 2014 with the mission of improving the healthcare delivery system for the Medicaid population. FLPPS is a partnership that includes a network of health and human services providers, including health systems, federally qualified health centers, nursing homes, behavioral health providers, and community-based organizations, across a 13-county region in Upstate New York.

211/LIFE LINE provides 24/7 access to information and referral services, crisis counseling, and suicide prevention via phone, chat, text, and web. The program ensures confidential, accessible support for anyone in need and is experienced in resource database integration to improve service coordination across systems.
CCSI provides a broad array of management services and technical assistance specifically tailored to meet the needs of local behavioral health, social and human services departments, state agencies, and community-based organizations in Monroe County, across New York State, and beyond.
The Housing Council at PathStone is a HUD-approved housing agency providing critical support to renters, first-time homebuyers, and property owners throughout Monroe County. As a trusted partner in housing stability, they offer homebuyer education, one-on-one housing counseling, down payment assistance, landlord training, and foreclosure prevention services. Their programs help low- to moderate-income households achieve and sustain safe, stable housing through education, advocacy, and direct support.
Ibero is a dual language multi service agency that uplifts, empowers, and advocates for Latinos and the underserved.
RMAPI is a coalition of strong-willed individuals and organizations working together to tackle the systematic root causes that create and perpetuate poverty in Rochester.
TogetherNow is the non-profit organization behind MyWayfinder, a free online platform developed by and for the communities we serve. The ROC Housing Navigator Program and Program Partners are listed in MyWayfinder, along with resources across health, education, and human services. TogetherNow is building a network and designing human-centered solutions to tailor the care system to the needs of our communities.
